RAXMobile Health Care is proud to introduce response accountability x-ray (RAX ©). All service orders from your facility will document dispatch times of each order received and the time that the examination was performed by our technologist. Type written reports will be sent via facsimile and through our online PACS within 15 minutes of the radiologist reading for STAT exams and 4 hours for routine exams. These reports will document any and all correspondence with nursing facility regarding study, noting times and individuals spoken with. |
